Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RATOUT, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1️⃣ Order Cancellation

🔹 Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team.
If payment has been made, a full refund will be processed.

🔹 After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery (subject to eligibility).


2️⃣ Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of rodent control products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged in transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or video proof must be provided


3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used rat killer products

  • Opened bait blocks

  • Used glue boards or traps

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage


4️⃣ Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.


5️⃣ Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged packaging

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.


6️⃣ Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping charges may apply.
